Can I upgrade CPU, RAM or add additional storage later?
Yes, we’re happy to increase specific resources. Simply open up a support ticket and we’ll provide you with exact pricing and add the resources you need.
How do the backups occur?
Backups occur nigthly in a snapshot manner. We can recover from these backups at your request. Backups are retained for seven days for Bronze and Gold plans and 30 days for Platinum plans.
Are there any discounts for pre-paying?
Yes, we offer discounts when pre-paying for a year of service or longer. You can contact us with the exact term you’d like to pre-pay for in order to determine the exact level of discounts.
What support is included in unmanaged plans?
The support included for Unmanaged VPS plans is strictly for issues relating to the underlying infrastructure. We’re happy to help you with your VPS should you have issues accessing it.
