Can you build out an environment on AWS?
We can most definitely build out an entire environment on AWS as part of our Cloud Consulting service. If you’re looking to leverage AWS in a specific manner, we’ll be happy to speak with you and come up with the most affordable and reliable way to accomplish your project in a timely manner.
Do you assist with cloud migrations?
We can assist you with migrating data to both our equipment as well as to a new datacenter provider.
Do you include backups with your hosting services?
All of the hosting services we offer at our Chicago datacenter include backups. If you’re looking for specific information on how backups occur and the default retention of backups, please contact us as the exact details differ between services.
Can you manage my server?
All of our hosting plans include limited Tier 2 and 3 support. Some of our service hosting solutions such as our Varnish-cached web servers include additional levels of Tier 1 support. We’re always happy to help with any issue you may encounter if you are unable to resolve it yourself.
