ChicagoCloud is a strong supporter of privacy. Our goal is to collect only the required information and safeguard the information that you do provide us.
Collection and Use
During our regular course of business, we may collect the following personal information from you:
- Contact information such as your name, company name, email address, billing addresses and phone numbers.
- Your usernames, account numbers or passwords.
- Billing information either directly or indirectly through third-party payment providers.
- Website analytics.
- IP and browser information.
During the ordering process, we may also collect information that helps us deter fraud and malicious use. This information may consist of your IP address, your browser type, browser user agents, referring pages as well as operating systems.
We use this information in order to:
- Provide services and fulfill orders.
- Send out order confirmations and invoices.
- Perform changes to our website layout and service offerings.
- Respond to service requests.
- Administer services located under your account.
- Prevent fraudelent orders and unauthorized credit card use.
Disclosure of Information
As per our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service, we limit the information we share with third parties in accordance with our stance on privacy and legal protections afforded to us and our customers by laws of the United States.

These legal requests may require that we share information that includes, but is not limited to, your name, IP addresses, services, payment methods and account registration and access dates.
Certain abuse cases, such as DMCA complaints or otherwise fraudulent/illegal activities may ultimately result in the disclosure of your contact information should you fail to act upon them when notified. Failure to act upon DMCA complaints or other authentic and accurate abuse complaints may result in the suspension of your services with ChicagoCloud until you acknowledge their receipt and perform the necessary steps to remedy them.
We may also, with your prior consent, share certain identifying information with third parties.
Safeguarding of Data
Personal Information
We strive to safeguard any and all personal information provided to us by our customers.
We follow industry best-practices to protect such information.
Any personal information will be retained for as long as you have an active account with ChicagoCloud. Anyone wishing to delete their account and any associated services may do so by submitting a support ticket. We cannot guarantee the removal of such information in the event of pending legal requests, payment disputes or non-satisfied agreements. It is also important to note that some customer information that is deleted from production systems may still be retained in some of our backups until they are eventually replaced with new backups.
Business Information
We also strive to safeguard any and all business information provided to us by our customers.
Any business information is retained for as long as you have an active account with ChicagoCloud.
We will not share any business information or specific use-cases as they relate to your business with any third parties, unless you provide us with the necessary prior consent to do so.
Any confidential information relating to your business or use of our services will remain confidential and will not be provided to any third parties.
